FAQ

Do I receive eMail confirmation for orders and shipments?

Yes. We send email notifications for new orders and new shipments. However, there is a compatibility issue with Hotmail and Yahoo Mail, so if you are not getting any email notifications from us, please consider switching to other email servers and update the new email address on your account.

Do you ship to P.O. BOX address?
No, we don’t. Buyers whose billing address is P.O. BOX address need to contact their card issuer and add their preferred shipping addresses as "Alternative Shipping Address" and put it in the billing address section when placing an order. Orders with PO Box addresses or a request of shipment to a different shipping address will be automatically cancelled.

How can I receive my order at a different shipping address from my billing address?

By policy, all orders are shipped to the billing address of the credit card used. Buyers who have different shipping addresses should contact their card issuing bank and add their preferred shipping address as an "Alternative Shipping Address" and put it in the billing address field when placing an order, so that the system can approve the transaction.

My credit card payment has been declined. What is the reason?

Following three are the most common reason for declined credit card transactions:

1. Incorrect billing address/ billing address mismatch: To ensure safe credit card transactions, we require that the billing address buyer submits match the billing address they have on file with their card issuing bank. The card issuing bank will check if the address is correct send us a response whether it matches their record or not. If they don't match, the transaction will be declined by our system.

->Suggested solution: The easiest way to resolve it to contact your card issuing bank to update or confirm your billing address. If your billing address is correct and the bank confirms it is correct but the transaction keeps being declined, there is a possibility that the AVS data on your credit card may be out of sync with the billing address your bank has on file. Such situation occurs when there was a history of address change, and the change didn't apply to your AVS data. Please contact your bank branch and ask them to check if the AVS data on your card is in sync with the current billing address on file.

2. Incorrect credit card information: The first input may have been wrong card number or expiration date. Simply try again and make sure the information you are typing is correct.

3. Declined by credit card issuing bank: At times, credit card issuing banks decline certain transactions to protect their customers from possible credit card abuse/ identity theft. Please contact your credit card issuing bank to release the hold on your credit card.

Why is there a warning tag on some products? (California sellers only)

California Proposition 65, also called the Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act, requires California businesses to warn customers about the possible health hazards that may be caused by the exposure to the lead, mainly in a form of ingestion, contained in some products.

By California law, a warning must be given for listed chemicals unless exposure is low enough to pose no significant risk of cancer or is significantly below levels observed to cause birth defects or other reproductive harm.

Proposition 65 is a "right to know" law based on the notion that members of the public have a right to know when they are being exposed to listed carcinogens or reproductive toxins. This is not the same as a regulatory decision that a product is "safe" or "unsafe."

The main hazard is likely to be for toddlers and babies who suck or put products in their mouths.

This law is only applicable to California sellers, and other states may or may not have similar regulations. Please check with your state about your state's lead regulations.
