Store Policy

*Agreement with our store policies listed below is a mandatory condition for having a buyer account with us. Lovelypurse4u/ TR reserves the right to deny access or refuse service to anyone at its discretion.*

General Policy

  • We have the exclusive right over any product photography used on this website. We do not permit the use of our photography nor are we responsible to provide product pictures for sold items. The use of our photography from the website requires our prior authorization and any violation may lead to legal consequences.
  • We are exclusively online-based company. All support is provided online via My Request section on Account page on the website or emails. We will respond to messages as soon as we can, but please allow 2-5 business days in general.


Order Processing Policy

  • Once received, all orders are final and cannot be revised or added, so please review carefully before submitting your orders.
  • Orders with requests and inquiries may require additional handling time or cancellation.
  • Buyers are responsible to check transit time before placing an order. Please calculate the estimated delivery window from the UPS or USPS website with origin zip code 90015.



Payment & Shipping Policy

  • We ship same day for orders received by 11 AM [PDT], M - F. However, please be advised shipping time is not guaranteed and delay may occur by the shipping carriers, so it is advised to place orders with extra time for transit.
  • We only accept credit cards that pass Address Verification System (AVS). If the credit card doesn’t pass AVS, the issue has to be fixed with the credit card issuer.
  • By default, all shipments will be shipped to the credit card's billing address.
  • Buyers who have different shipping addresses or PO Box address may make a special request for alternate address form via messages or email. 
  • Tracking information is updated on My Account page as well as emailed at the end of business day the order is scheduled to ship. Buyer is responsible to track the package and contact us or shipping carrier about any issues regarding delivery within 7 days of estimated delivery time for resolution. Claims cannot be filed after 7 days of scheduled or confirmed delivery date.
  • If packages are returned to us for any reason, e.g. refused, unclaimed, or undeliverable, a refund will be issued excluding the original shipping fee, return shipping fee, and 25% restocking fee. 
  • If packages are shipped with free shipping promotion, the refund will exclude the actual shipping cost charged to us plus 25% restocking fee.
  • Our inventory is updated live, but for smooth processing of orders in the promised time window, all out-of-stock items will be refunded including the associated shipping and handling fees and only the available items will be shipped.
  • Buyers may place certain special shipping requests such as leaving a package at door at their own risk.
  • Please be advised we can’t accommodate certain requests such as packing loosely or checking items one by one pre-shipping due to limitation on budget and labor.
  • For international orders, please submit inquiries to [email protected]. International transactions are subject to 2% international fee. 

Return Policy

  • All marked down items are final sale.
  • All return requests must be submitted to us within 7 days of delivery of goods for refund for the cost of item excluding the original shipping fee.
  • For change or mind or not liking the products, returns are accepted at buyer’s return cost.
  • For returns due to manufacturer defects that meet the following objective guidelines, pre-paid return labels will be issued upon authorization of return: items with broken zipper, broken strap or strap parts, missing zipper pull, broken hardware, broken snap button, missing embellishments, severely torn material, and ripped lining.
  • For return authorization, please open RMA request on "My Account" with following steps:

        1. Locate the order that contains the item you wish to return

        2. Click "View details" link next to the order

        3. Select one of the reasons to return the item

        4. Explain the issue in My Comment box

        5. Attach the picture with damage using the "Select files"

        6. Click" Save RMA" button

        7. Return authorization result will be emailed within a few days

  • Returns without authorization are not accepted and will be returned back to the sender. 
  • Cancellation is not accepted once orders are received. If a cancellation is received after the order is dispatched, buyer may return the products at own cost for the item cost excluding the original shipping fee (the shipping fee we paid in the case free shipping promotion was applied) plus 25% restocking fee.
  • 3 strike cancellation policy - 3 cancellations of order leads to a termination of account. 
  • Refund is issued within 7 – 14 business days upon receiving the return.
  • Returns items must be in their original packaging with original tag intact. Otherwise there will be restocking fee of 20%.
  • Disagreement with and/or abuse of return policy may lead to account termination.
